Deceptive balk

Some will argue that the deceptive balk is the major pitching infraction. Since the pitcher is, they will say, "illegally" deceiving the baserunner by design, he is knowingly and willfully breaking the rule. How about some examples?

There are 13 balks listed in OBR rule 8.05. Six of these are most commonly held to be deceptive balks. Note: When we discuss balks, we'll always assume at least one runner.
