s Blair completes his journey though his third year, he is finding there are things he doesn’t have to think about anymore. Positioning is one of them. Blair tells us:

The biggest thing is that there are a lot of things now that I am doing automatically.... Basic mechanics, which till this year took effort, are becoming automatic. That then leaves me the ability to watch what is actually going on.

When you reach that point, you can begin to think about why you are where you are and if there are things you can do better.
