K, so you’ve got the plate gear thing down from Part I. You’ve selected the best gear you could afford, and you’ve adjusted it to fit like a charm. Well, I wish this were the selling point for coaches, players, and fans. Unfortunately, only your partner usually notices what great stuff you have on unless you get hit by a foul or passed ball and the gear really saves your hide. It’s those few times that fans notice you’re wearing good stuff. What fans, coaches, and players really notice is the uniform. In Part II, we’ll look at the uniform and spend some time breaking down the do’s and don’ts.
