irst, it is important to note that Jaksa and Roder consider the tag of the runner coming back into home plate to be an appeal. We disagree with Jim's [Evans]  interpretation you covered in Part I (the touch of home during unrelaxed action) on the basis of practicality and what normally would happen on such a play.
