Hollerers and Hollerees

The hollerer is the coach. The holleree is the umpire.

Early in my career I did not enjoy being the holleree. Maybe it started out behind the woodshed. I'd get hollered at for doing some unwelcomed deed and the seat of my pants would get thinner. I think this is where males in particular learn flinching. Bullies beating on skrawny kids leads to hollering hating, too. 

Dr. Phil says: "You get what you ask for." I'm no psychologist, but what I think he means is that I control my own fate, daily making choices that will either turn out making me happy or result in another chance to rectify a challenge or a sadness or a disappointment.
