uring a pitching change, a fan decided that he should enter the field and have a discussion with the home plate umpire about where the on-deck batter was to stand. My partner decided that he should participate in that conversation. But how did the offending subject appear on my field?

USSSA baseball plays a modified version of OBR and "playing rules not specifically covered shall follow the Official Major League Baseball Rules as published by The Sporting News."
