hile I love a great movie, I enjoy television dramas as well. When reading Carl's assertion about B, I thought I was watching an episode of Law and Order.

Why did I think that?

Well, like any great lawyer, Carl took the facts and presented arguments that made his system look better than it really is. I agree that's what every lawyer would do. Fortunately, the jury (that's you) isn't all from California.

Carl told me awhile back that his wife Elizabeth thought I missed my calling. After reading a recent rebuttal, she said I should have been a lawyer. I will take Elizabeth's challenge and cross-examine Carl's testimony.  Once you learn all the facts, you will come to the right verdict: A is the best starting position.
