Soft toss

ind three friends and ask them to join you for this drill. One is the pitcher, one the catcher, one (you) an umpire, and one an observer. The observer stands in the batter's box so that the umpire can find the slot. The observer then tells the umpire whether he used "proper use of eyes" when the ball is softly tossed pitcher to catcher.
