If you had looked at the grandstands that day, you would have seen groups of fans shouting, pushing, and punching. Then one of them somehow heated himself up so much that he decided to set fire to the bleachers. The fire spread. It burned down the entire ballpark.

The ballpark fire spread to the local neighborhood, and before the fire was put out 107 other buildings had been destroyed.
