completed the BRD last evening (Christmas day) around 11:30. Here's an announcement from the Introduction:
The 2008 BRD will not include this year’s NFHS Website interpretations.
Because the book was not published last year, many who depend on the BRD have emailed to say that "the sooner, the better."
The 2008 national rules meeting is January 17. In 2006, the publishers and I had to wait two weeks before the material appeared on-line. Consequently, the publication date was February 17.
So, here’s the deal:
Email me at: carlchildress@officiating.com.
Within a week after the Website interpretations are posted, I will have prepared an Addendum keyed to the BRD.
No charge, of course.
Thanks for understanding the pressure to publish "sooner than later."
You’ll note the book was copyrighted on December 25, 2007. I hope that coincidence brings us all good luck.
