For certain services offered by BlueZebra Sports, including, but not limited to, those relating to payment services and/or tax reporting, BlueZebra Sports will obtain CPII, such as your social security number or tax identification number, banking/financial information, and/or other government identification number. CPII is included in “personal information.”
We do not sell our mailing list. At times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information.
We restrict access to personal information to BlueZebra Sports employees, contractors and agents or parties wishing to request your officiating services, who may need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
We may also disclose your personal information, particularly your CPII, to those parties required to initiate, accept, and process payments to or from you. This will include a third-party vendor utilized by BlueZebra Sports to facilitate the payment of and for officiating services, which is further defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
BlueZebra Sports safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure browser. You are responsible for the security and upkeep of your password to third parties outside of our Services.
BlueZebra Sports uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. To make purchases from BlueZebra Sports, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. This protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet.
For credit card transactions, BlueZebra Sports adheres to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. We require that site owners provide a credit card number, which is used for processing recurring monthly charges on our site. BlueZebra Sports currently uses Stripe and Authorize.net for recurring transactions. Stripe and Authorize.net are leading PCI-compliant solutions used to process recurring credit card transactions and safeguard your credit card information. Your credit card number and expiration date is never stored anywhere on our servers.
For payment services, BlueZebra Sports uses a third-party vendor. Any user of such services through BlueZebra Sports will be required to meet the requirements and accept the terms and conditions of such third-party vendor prior to utilizing such services. Currently, such third-party vendor is Dwolla, Inc. Those who utilize our payment services to make and/or receive payments may be required to provide information such as full name, physical address, telephone number, birth date, social security number, taxpayer identification number, and bank account information. This list is a listing of information typically needed and is not exhaustive. In all cases, this information is shared with the third-party vendor utilized by BlueZebra Sports, currently Dwolla, Inc., for the purpose of facilitating those payments for services.

You always have access to the information we have about you. To review and update your personal contact information, simply logon to the officiating.com website and click your name in the upper right corner of your screen.
BlueZebra Sports may use your name as a User or Account Owner in its marketing efforts to provide information to other parties on the people and/or conferences that use the officiating.com website. This may also include any public reviews that you have posted regarding your use of the officiating.com website. By using the officiating.com website, you agree to this limited use of your name and/or comments/reviews.
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or older, depending on the jurisdiction). We prohibit children under the age of 13 from using all interactive portions of the website. BlueZebra Sports has the capacity to reset your password and will not ask for that information from any User, Account Owner, or Authorized User. If someone requests that information from you, please change your password and contact BlueZebra immediately to advise them of this breach in protocol so that BlueZebra can make sure that its personnel is not asking for such information or that someone outside of BlueZebra is trying to access the system.
If we are going to use your personal information differently from that stated at the time of collection, we will try to contact you via email using the most recent information we have. If you have not given us permission to communicate with you, you will not be contacted, nor will we use your personal information in a new manner, except as allowed by our updated Terms and Conditions of Service.
Any information which is upload by you as part of your use of the BlueZebra Services is discoverable, viewable, and usable by those parties authorized to have access to such information, which includes, but is not limited to, various conference officials, conference or consortium coordinators and/or agents, and/or contractors, owners, and employees of BlueZebra.
